Update java8 role. Adding Cryptography Extension Unlimited Strength Jurisdiction Policy Files

I tested this on a new vagrant with the CryptoConverter converter

When stopped on a breakpoint or stepping through code for a certain period of time, nginx will assume that the proxied server is unresponsive and will close the connection.

Set timezone to America/New_York to handle daylight savings time.

removed wildfly dependencies, fixed header path in wildfly9 files

Bulk load testing required on a local vtiger instance. Latest infrastructure

Features/update fortress role

Reworked fortress role to use ApacheDS and follow "ten minute guide" (https://directory.apache.org/fortress/gen-docs/latest/apidocs/org/apache/directory/fortress/core/doc-files/ten-minute-guide.html). Will likely need to make additional changes as we learn more, but this is good starting point to start playing around with fortress.
