Switch website search and bento box from Google CSE to Drupal Search API Solr

Create website core and index
Change website search - create a view
Change bento website box - display a linked title and a search excerpt, no url
Use /search/all for bento and /search/website for website search
Add a redirect to /search to /search/all
Remove gcse module and custom code
Remove site search tab and top right search option
