Ability to deploy custom configmaps to minikube

API-Worklion has a known-hosts.yml file which is required in order for the application start up correctly. In the local minikube instance there is no way I know of to have the knownhost values deployed automatically. Currently the developer needs to know to run kubectl apply -f ./config/knownhosts-cm.yml. It would be better to be able to a configuration to the .devtool.config file which would deploy that config map.
