Configure deployed version of nginx-ingress with kind.

When using kind, devtool deploys the latest version of nginx-ingress. However, the latest version of nginx-ingress is no longer compatible with the rest of the setup.

Add a config to set the nginx-ingress version.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
