updated cross validation script and data

Mr. Michael McLaughlin requested to merge 2-cross-validation-script-is-out-of-date into main

updated cross_validation script to deal with market of claims, using RMSE as a metric for performance and streamlining such that it can run 5 folds in a loop rather than one at a time.
