The Penn State Timely Warnings System is a web-based software package. It is comprised of external cloud based products, a Drupal CMS hosted at Penn State through the VMHosting service, a custom Drupal module developed at Penn State by @mgp140, Penn States internal LIST-SERV software and hosting via ITS VMHOSTING.
